That master admin rights are with the provider and your API is also hosted on their server so they can easily see your users mobile numbers and the message that you received so they are collecting database of your service users mobile numbers (an illegal process), now suppose they sale your mobile users database to any one and any wrong message go on that mobile number so you can face trouble of legal issues

They are giving you access on their own application server and if due to any reason their server is down or any problem come in their application or on hosting provider then you all the business will go down because you are using their website panel or API that refer their domain name that is hosted on their servers

See; its very easy, they are giving access on their own application server not on the Main SMS Gateway provider server because they don’t want to show that who is the main service provider and suppose you buy 1 Lakh SMS that cost is 15 paisa per SMS but they are giving in 6 paisa means the actual cost of 1 Lakh SMS is 15,000 and they are giving in Rs.6,000 means giving in Rs.9,000 loss, but they are still earning the same if they provide in 15 paisa because when you push 1 Lakh SMS so only the SMS will deliver on 40,000 mobiles because you have paid Rs.6,000 and on 60,000 mobiles SMS will not delivered but you can not call to every one to ask that they got SMS or not, so such type of providers get benefited of this type of things, It will show SMS delivered because its showing on their application that they are putting by their application interface but if you ask to real provider from where your SMS service provider is taking service, they will tell you the fact that how many SMS delivered,

Also these type of low cost SMS providers save your users mobile numbers and content on their own server and will sale the mobile numbers to others for advertisement purpose now suppose on those number if any wrong SMS goes then only you will get in trouble of legal problems because it was copied from your SMS User A/c, they will directly say your name that you are sending unusual SMS,

If your provider server go down or any issue come to their application server so your service will also stopped
